LOCATION INFORMATION FOR THE NATIONAL
The National will be held on the weekend following the NSW State Championship. Due to the "Harden Show" taking place on the same weekend, the National Championship will be co-ordinated from nearby Young, with vetting and briefings expected to take place closer to Harden at the trial site each morning.
Young is a major rural town in the South West Slopes region of NSW and is situated 30 minutes drive west from Harden proper on the Olympic Highway. Social events including the National Dinner are planned to take place at Young Showground which will also become the main camping site from Mon 5th.

Young Showground
If you are not staying on in Harden, stay close to trial social activities in nearby Young. Young Showground will be the main camping site for the National week. The showground has hot showers, flushing toilets and sites with electricity and water (by reservation). This is a pet friendly site with plenty of exercise area. The Championships Committee has negotiated special arrangements for triallers between Mon 5th to Sun 11th Sept. Fees are $20 per night for a fully serviced site or $10 per night for an unserviced site if you have a self contained RV. Full use of amentities has been arranged for all triallers and guests. To reserve a camping/caravan site at the Showground please send an email to retrievingchampionship@gmail.com with your name/s, expected arrival and departure dates, and if you require a powered or unpowered site.
