DRAFT SCHEDULE –MAY WEEKEND TRIAL

Affiliated with the South Australian Canine Association Inc conducting a

RETRIEVING TRIAL FOR GUNDOGS at Currency Creek

Restricted $14 $18

Annual Membership: Single $15, Family $20.00, Seniors $10
Entries Close: 14th May 2007 NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED

Trophies: Cash and Sash to 1st place and sashes, 2nd, 3rd places in all Stakes. Also Cecil Adkins Memorial Trophy (perpetual trophy awarded to a South Australian owned Novice Dog or Bitch, which, in the opinion of the Judge (chosen by the Club) has shown potential for improvement and an ability to compete in higher stakes.

SACA Membership and Gun Licence numbers to be on all entry forms and sent, with the required fee, to:

On-site camping permitted. Also Holidaying with Dogs booklet advises Goolwa Camping& Tourist Park 8555 21344 and Goolwa Caravan Park 8555 2737 are dog friendly (on leash, under control and in Traillers).

General conditions:
1. The only person permitted to handle exhibits at any exhibition conducted by an affiliate of SACA are: 1) Members of the Association,
2. Members of the Controlling Bodies in the State or Territory in which the person is domiciled.
3. All dogs must be pure bred gundogs and be registered with SACA or Registered Body.
4. All Trials will be conducted in accordance with the ANKC Retrieving and Field Trials Rules and Regulations. A copy of these will be available at the fixture.

Club conditions:
1. No competitor or spectator to return to the trial grounds after the trials.
2. Competitors will be required to act as Gun or Games Stewards in the events which they are entered.
3. Gun Licence/Shooters Licence details are required on all entry forms.
4. The Committee reserves the right to remove any competitor or spectator by law or any other means from the Trial areas or campsite who is clearly disruptive to the Members and/or participants.
5. All protests shall be immediately lodged, in writing, with the Trial Manager or Trial Secretary, accompanied by a $20 deposit which will be refunded unless the members of the Retrieving and Field Trials committee deem the protest to be frivolous, in which case the deposit will be retained.
