* Misty (Lindenlake Black Mist) won the AUTUMN SHIELD awarded to the Highest Scoring Dog over these 2 days of trials. CONGRATULATIONS to owners Tony & Rita and breeders Joe and Mary Law.
Tony said that he really wanted this Shield as Misty's sire, Blackie, and her uncle, King, have both won it previously. Now her name will be on the Shield with theirs.
** This win gave Laraine's Golden Retriever bitch (Fieldcalss Kestrel) her RRD. CONGRATULATIONS. Laraine announced that she is now retired.
Thank you everyone for the fabulous entry. Thank you to the judges and to all the people who helped with stewarding and setting up especially those who came along just to help out.
And, of course, thank you to our dedicated Trial Secretary Flo Tidswell for all her hard work and for another successful weekend well run.
