Notice to all Competitors, stewards, spectators and officials

Due to the Equine Flu which is currently causing havoc throughout Australia it is essential that precautions be taken to ensure that there is no possibility that this disease be transmited to the property being used for this trial.

The property managers have kindly allowed us to use the property at this difficult time provided that the following conditions are met:
- all clothing and equipment that is bought to the trial is clean and has not been in contact with any horses
- All boots bought onto the trial site are to be cleaned and disinfected. (dont forget to do your gumboots as well)
- All vehicles including trailers and caravans need to be washed before entering the site - it is preferable that this is done en-route or immediately before leaving for the trial. There are car washes in Albury if coming north or in Goulburn if headed south.
- Under no circumstances is anyone to approach or touch any horse while on the property.

Please take extra care before coming to the trial site to ensure that these conditions are met thus protecting the property form infestation. Please ensure that there is no chance that you could be bringin this highly contagious diseased to Jugiong.
