Well, Meningie lived up to it's reputation of rotten weather. Friday was a lovely still day. Come Saturday vetting time & the rain & wind came roaring in. The weather was appalling all day. It made for an extremely tough day for our judge, Glenice McClure & competitors alike. Lots of the dogs did not work to their best in the squally conditions.
Well done Rick & Will for winning the Meningie Cup. Their 2nd Cup win I think.
Sunday, the weather was a lot better with just a few rain squalls to remind us of the previous day. Hope our WA judges will forgive us & come back again!
Good to see all 3 places in Novice going to local dogs & a variety of breeds
