The Retrieving and Field Trials Club of SA Inc Affiliated with the South Australian Canine Association Inc is conducting a RETRIEVING TRIAL FOR GUNDOGS
Dodd’s Property, Meningie, SA.
Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th July 2011

(The Club reserves the right to engage a Reserve Judge if necessary)

Restricted $16 $19
Novice $14 $17

Annual Membership: Single $15, Family $20.00, Seniors $10

**STRICTLY NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED**

Please include an Email address or a stamped self-addressed envelope if you require
confirmation of your entry or Directions to the Property.

Sashes awarded: 1st, 2nd, 3rd placing in each stake.
Trophies: Meningie Cup (All Age – Sat), Revlain Cup (Novice – Sun)
Other Prizes where available.

Camping is permitted on the Property after 4.00pm Friday 8th July 2011

General conditions:
1. The only person permitted to handle exhibits at any exhibition conducted by an affiliate of SACA are:
1) Members of the Association,
2) Members of the Controlling Bodies in the State or Territory in which the person is domiciled.
2. All dogs must be pure bred gundogs and be registered with SACA or Registered Body.
3. All Trials will be conducted in accordance with the ANKC Retrieving and Field Trials Rules and Regulations. A copy of these will be available at the fixture.
Club conditions:
1. No competitor or spectator to return to the trial grounds after the trials.
2. Competitors will be required to act as Gun or Games Stewards in the events which they are entered.
3. Gun Licence/Shooters Licence details are required on all entry forms.
4. The Committee reserves the right to remove any competitor or spectator by lay or any other means from the
trial areas or campsite who is clearly disruptive to the Members and/or participants.
All protests shall be immediately lodged, in writing, with the Trial Manager or Trial Secretary, accompanied by a $20 deposit which will be refunded unless the members of the Retrieving and Field Trials committee deem the protest to be frivolous, in which case the deposit will be retained.

Re: The Restricted Stake I notice that Mr. Ian Besanko is judging both days in restricted.

Is this correct or is it a typo error?

We are about to enter and noticed this on the bulletin board and we want to know is this correct?

Yes Mr. Lawton, Ian Besanko is judging Restricted both days. There is nothing to say this cannot be done. We hope this will not put you off and look forward to your entry.
