Vetting: 7.00am to 7.30am. At the conclusion of vetting we will leave in convoy to the trial site.
Judging Commences at approximately 8.30am
Conditions of entry: This Championship will consist of six runs and is open to any registered Gundog which has previously been placed first in a Restricted Stake, or has been placed first, second or third in an All Age Stake. Dogs other than Retrieving Trial Champions must state eligibility with entry.
Exhibitors must be financial members of the CCCQ or another controlling body recognized by the CCCQ.
Separate entry form required for each dog.
All dogs on the site must be vetted. Bitches in Oestrum will not be permitted on the trial site.
The order of running will be determined by public draw at an official function on Friday 5th August 2011 at the South Kolan Hotel Motel (2368 Gin Gin Road, South Kolan) commencing at 6.30 for dinner ($20 per person) followed by the draw at approximately 8.00pm.
Saturday evening Dinner ($15 per person) will be at the same venue.
Do not send money for meals - payment direct to the hotel each night
Trophies: Trophy & Sash – First, Second, Third, Fourth & Fifth places.
A full trophy list will be printed in the catalogue. Presentation of trophies following the conclusion of the Championship at the South Kolan Hotel Motel – light refreshments will be provided.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Trial Site Catering: Competitors please note that Morning tea and lunches will be available for purchase at the Trial Site, catered by the Wide Bay Working Gundog Club.
ACCOMMODATION:
Caravan and Tent Sites are available on John Palu’s property, 1018, Ten Mile Rd, Bundaberg.
