RETRIEVING AUSTRALIA FORUM

The GSP Club held their Novice and Restricted stakes on Sunday at a site near Brookton. We had a lovely day, although the wind came up later in the morning to develop into very strong gusts, catching birds in the air on the marks. I'm sure that all the competitors enjoyed their day, and thanks must go to June & Ray Johnson for their organising, Martyn Dickson for working in the field the whole day, to Anne Cameron for being Gun steward all day & providing pickup dog, Ella. Also to Jean Henderson for being CS (her one and only time, she says !), and Dave Henderson for doing the paperwork. Also Marilyn Dawson who stayed to help in restricted, and to all the competitors who carried things and helped during the day.
