A whopping big Thank You to everyone who attended the United Retriever Club of NSW Trial - October 2011 - in its new NSW venue. The weather was pretty ordinary at times, but I reckon we all had a dam fine time despite it! The weather actually cleared for our Saturday Night Shindig.

I personally send a big thank you to all who continually support our club. With the help of Sandra, Wayne, Joe and Mary, our Judges including Paul, Joe V, Joe L and Michelle and of course all the helpers on throwers and gun stewards, our trial ran smoothly. Without them, the magic venue, and our enthusiastic competitors, our trial would not be a reality. But a reality it was, and this is due to all of us working together for the Club as a team. I would also like to thank Don Sharp and the rest of the committee in trusting our judgment and ability to run a trial.

I do hope everyone enjoyed themselves and felt welcome.

So here’s Cheers and may we have many more such enjoyable trials ahead of us!

Kindest Regards to all
Joanne Osborne

I would also like to thank all of the above, and especially Jo and Sandra, for a great weekend.
You girls worked your butts off all weekend and your efforts were much appreciated.
Jo, you can come to my place and organise dinner anytime! It was the best meal on Saturday night.

Congrats to all the winners and place getters, especially Penny, our bridesmaid.
My girl was not her usual self and worked poorly but we still had a great weekend - and won the raffle!
