The 2012 Dogs Victoria State Championship was held at Kevin and Alice Knight’s property at Pittong. The property has all types of cover and terrain which allowed for a variety of runs to be set to test the dogs. Unfortunately the weather was very wet on Saturday, with showers on Sunday. The sun did break through briefly on Sunday which was pleasing to see.
A number of trialers attended to assist with stewarding over the weekend. A big thank you to Brian, Leanne, Trevor Stevens, John, Sally, Nick and also to Greg P. Thank you also to the trial managers Noel Eltringham and Peter Eley who ensured everything ran smoothly through out the two days.
There were 25 competitors entered, 3 scratchings so the trial commenced with 22 dogs.
