Vetting: 7.00am to 7.30am.
All contestants to meet at John Palu's Property. Ten Mile Rd, Bundaberg
At the conclusion of vetting we will leave in convoy to the trial site.
Order of running will be determined by a public draw at an official dinner on Friday evening 2nd August 2013 .
Judging Commences at approximately 8.30am

Conditions of entry: This Championship will consist of six runs and is open to any registered Gundog which has previously been placed first in a Restricted Stake, or has been placed first, second or third in an All Age Stake. Dogs other than Retrieving Trial Champions must state eligibility with entry.
Exhibitors must be financial members of the Dogs Qld or another controlling body recognized by the Dogs Qld.
Separate entry form required for each dog.

CATERING
Saturday evening Dinner will NOT be available
Do not send money for meals - payment to be made Friday night at the dinner ;However please indicate with entries intention to attend & number of persons for catering purposes.
Venue; "Chaverim". 76 South Bingera Rd. South Bingera. Start time 6.00pm to 6.30pm. at a cost of $20 per person for 3 course dinner. Payable on the night. To be followed by draw at 8.00pm.
BYO ALCOHOL
Trophies: Trophy & Sash – First, Second, Third, Fourth & Fifth places.Prizes will be sponsored by "Winchester" & Bonnie dog foods.
A full trophy list will be printed in the catalogue. Presentation of trophies following the conclusion of the Championship at T. Davies which is just down road from Trial site. – light refreshments will be provided.


GENERAL INFORMATION:
Trial Site Catering: Morning tea and lunches will be available on site provided by Wide Bay Working Gundog Club, at reasonable cost .

ACCOMMODATION:
There will be camping at John Palu's property Ten Mile Rd. Bundaberg. a shower is available & the property has free areas for all dog exercising.
Sorry no power available. There are caravan parks near by & South Kolan Hotel does have some rooms available with full pub catering if required. Bundaberg city is 10 minutes from trial site & 15minutes from Palu's also close for Dinner venue if anyone wishes to motel . SAE for directions or contact Wendy for any enquiries.

Just a reminder to those travelling to Palu's ,we will be vetting asap after 7am on Saturday in preparation for a quick start for the trialling property. So please be on time.
The dinner venue for Friday night can be googled the property Chaverim actually comes up on Pine Creek Rd (Off Cedars Rd) the property has large white gates at the entry on right, sign at the beginning of River Road says Enviromental park.
