Anybody that has booked at the Thompson River Caravan Park Sale would be advised to contact the park and find out if they will still be operating. The owner has handed the business back to the Shire and I believe that the Shire intend to close it. It also has been flooded again in recent weeks. Most people are staying at the Sale Greyhound Club Caravan Park which is only 10 minutes from Hearts Morass and the Fullam site. It is an excellent facility and dog friendly however I do not think that they have cabins. The small and very neat Stratford Caravan Park have a couple of units and they are also dog friendly. Stratford is a further 10 minutes from Sale.
