Camping Is available on site or at the Thomson River Caravan Park and the Sale Caravan Park.
Qualifications A “Novice Stake” is a stake confined to gundogs that have not won three (3)
Novice Stakes or any other stake, Puppy Stake and Beginners Stake excluded.
A “Restricted Stake” is a stake confined to Gundogs that have not won three (3) Restricted Stakes, or an All Age Stake or been placed first or second in a
Championship Stake.
An “All Age Stake” is a stake confined to gundogs that have won a Novice Stake or been placed first, second or third in a Restricted Stake.
Please Note At all Retrieving and Field Trials conducted in Victoria, a competitor MUST
Produce a current shooters licence at vetting, or they WILL NOT be permitted
At the trial.
Trial Venues Properties used for trials are private properties and MUST NOT be revisited

Hello Barrie, the trial is planned to be held at the property on the Sale-Heyfield road where it has been for the past half dozen years. We are yet to visit and ensure that everything is OK, once that is done I will post directions

This trial will be at the same site as the last few years just outside of Sale. If you are coming from Melbourne you turn left into the Sale - Heyfield Rd and continue 4 kilometres.The property is on the right hand side of the road and is number 410. If you are coming from the other direction and come down the Myrtlebnk-Fulham Rd then you turn right onto the Sale - Heyfield Rd and the property is about 2.3kms down on your right, still number 410. Camping is available on site from Friday afternoon. See you there

Hi Dianne

Having lost a week of training opportunity due to the heat wave and now getting a chest infection I may well not turn up for Saturday's trial ( much to my frustration!) as my young lad is by no means ready. So if I am not there by close of vetting, please don't hold up the trial on my account.

Charlie's kennel name is Ironbark Mitchell River.
