"All" Trial Dates - Erratum

Due to some sloppy programming on my part there were several errors and omissions in the "ALL" section of the RT and RATG trial indices which are now fixed. Refer to the [ALL] tab at http://retrieving.org.au/ra/events/cale ... RIALS.html if you need to update your records.
