RETRIEVING TRIAL 4TH & 5th AUGUST
LOCATION: HOSKINTOWN (NEAR BUNGENDORE)

NB: Any changes to judges will be notified via RA Website or Facebook.
NOVICE STAKE: Confined to gundogs that ( to the date of the Trial ) have not won any Stake other than four Novice Stakes or have gained Championship points and/or been awarded an AARD title.
RESTRICTED STAKE: Confined to gundogs that have not won five Restricted Stakes or have gained Championship points and/or been awarded an AARD title.
ALL AGE STAKE: Confined to gundogs that have won a Novice Stake or have been placed first second or third in a Restricted Stake.
Retrieves: Novice Stake: Three runs, single mark retrieves, land and water as selected. Restricted and All Age: Three runs, land and water as selected. (There will be three runs for each stake unless otherwise stated at the start of the Trial.)
AWARDS ALL STAKES: Trophy and Sash 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Novice: 4th place Sash. Trophy ‘The Royal Cup’ for winner of winners will be awarded on Saturday where first place dogs in each stake will compete in a single mark retrieve.

If your entry is mailed, please include a stamped and self-addressed envelope with your entry. Directions for the Trial site and Camping will be returned. For those who email, an email of the directions will be sent.
Camping for the Bungendore Trial will be at the Bungendore Showground which has powered sites as well as hot showers and facilities. The dinner will be held at the Showground also.

Camping and Caravanning Rates
•Powered sites $22 per night.
•Unpowered sites $15.00 per night.
Cash only - no EFTPOS on site.
These prices are based on two adults and two children per site.
Onsite Caretaker can be contacted on mobile 0455 174 463 - please book in advance and mention you are part of the United Retriever club.
Payment must be made at the caretaker’s cottage on site. If unattended, instructions will be found at the cottage.
Bungendore Showground
Bungendore Showground is located 3km west of Bungendore on Mathews Lane, off Bungendore Road. Access to the showground camping area is from Mathews Lane, off the Bungendore Road. Turn right on entering the grounds, as you proceed through the grounds, travelling parallel to Mathews Lane, you will see the Caretaker’s Cottage. Signs are in place to guide visitors, please observe all signs and comply with the directions of the Caretakers.
Camping and caravanning for casual use is restricted to the designated camping area to the west of the pavilions.
A dinner will be provided on the Friday night at the camp site. Cost will be $15 per head. Payment with your entries. You will need to provide your own crockery/utensils and pre-dinner nibbles. The menu will consist of Warm and Hearty Dishes, with soup for starters.
On Saturday night a dinner will be available at The Royal Hotel in Bungendore. If you are interested in attending, please advise with your entry or via email.
Bacon and egg rolls will also be available for breakfast Saturday and Sunday at $4 each.
