To be held under the ANKC Rules for the conduct of Retrieving Trials for Gundogs (as per Rule 6)

VETTING:
7.00 am to 7.30am (each day)
ENTRY FEES:
$65 single entry, $60 for subsequent entries
LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Dinner $35 per person (3 course meal) bar will be available — No BYO

DRAW:
A draw to determine the running order will be made at a Dinner on Wednesday 18 September 2019 at The Grange, 4 Commonwealth Lane, Campbell Town

QUALIICATIONS:
• A Championship Stake is confined to Gundogs that have been placed
first in a Restricted Stake, first, second or third in an All Age Stake or
have the title All Age Retrieving Dog (AARD) — proof of eligibility of non-
titled dogs must be included with entry form
• A National Championship Stake shall consist of not less than eight (8)
Runs with at least seventeen (17) items of game to be retrieved — at least
two (2) Blind Find Retrieves are to be included and a dog must be tested
for steadiness from behind a Hide on at least two (2) occasions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
• Dogs Tasmania reserves the right to contract a reserve judge if necessary
• Competitors must hold and carry a current and valid Firearms Licence (or copy of Corporate Licence, if applicable) whilst handling a gun
• Trial venues are private property and must not be revisited at any time
• No dogs allowed in the gallery
• All dogs will be examined by a competent examiner each day of the trial
— bitches in oestrum will not be permitted to compete — they may be on the property but in a designated area — no preparation for concealing oestrum shall be used
• All dogs on the trial site must be on a lead (except when competing or being exercised in the designated Exercise Area) — dogs retained in a hide must be tethered by a conventional collar (not choker) attached to a metal chain and to a metal tie-down peg
• It is the competitor's responsibility to confirm that their entry has been received, a receipt will be returned if a stamped self-addressed envelope is provided
