LABRADOR RETRIEVER CLUB OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA INC will conduct a

RETRIEVING TRIAL FOR GUNDOGS Saturday 27th July and Sunday 28th July 2019

VENUE: Pelican Point Road Morgan SA 5320 (Blanchetown to Morgan Rd)
Driving Directions: 11km south-west of Morgan. Proceed to waypoint on Morgan Blanchtown Road – look for a sign that says "Cordola". From waypoint turn south-east onto dirt road for 3km to campsites on river bank. Look for a gate with an honesty box. Waypoint: -34.11322 , 139.65321 GPS: -34.12670 , 139.66745.

TROPHIES & SASHES: Sashes and place cards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each Stake. Trophies 1st place in each Stake Other prizes where donated.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
All trials will be conducted in accordance with the A.N.K.C. Rules for the conduct of Retrieving Trials for Gundogs. A copy of the rules will be available at the fixture.
There is to be No Training on designated Trial grounds within 28 days before a Trial - new Dogs SA Rule
HOT WEATHER POLICY APPLIES:
If forecast temperature at 10.00 am two days prior as stated on http://www.eldersweather.com.au is 32º or above the trial will be cancelled, unless there is ample swimming water on the property. Where an Exhibition is cancelled in accordance with the Hot Weather Rules, no entry fees will be refunded. Contact the Trial Secretary if in doubt.
CLUB CONDITIONS:
The Club reserves the right to change the judge should this be necessary.
Gun Licence/Shooters Licence details are required on ALL ENTRY FORMS.
When not running a dog, competitors will be required to act as Gun or Game Stewards in events entered.
No competitors or spectators are permitted to return to the trial grounds after the trial.
The Committee reserves the right to remove any competitor or spectator by law or other means, from the Trial area or campsite who is clearly disruptive to the Members and/or participants of the Trial.
Any protests shall be immediately lodged (in writing) with the Trial Manager or Trial Secretary, accompanied by a $20 deposit which will be refunded unless Members of the Retrieving & Field Trial Committee deem the protest frivolous in which case the deposit shall be forfeited.
It will be at the committee’s discretion as to whether a judge may run a dog in another stake on the same day that they judge. If, at close of entry date there are insufficient entries to hold a stake, competitors will be notified. At that time they may request a refund of entry fee. However, if such a request is not received before the catalogue is done no refund will be given. If there are insufficient entries to hold a stake a Sweepstake will be run and no prizes issued

Camping on private campsite riverside, available for a small fee to be paid at gate on arrival. Catering Nil.
