Retrieving Australia in conjunction with the Working Gundog Club Inc is planning to hold a camp for experienced handlers and dogs next September at Taylors Arm, North Coast NSW. The camp will provide respite for travellers heading to the 2021 Qld Championships combined with an opportunity to participate in some organised retrieving for advanced dogs.
Free camping will be available directly across from the iconic Taylors Arm Hotel (aka The Pub With No Beer) where accommodation, meals ...and yes, assorted brews will also be available.
Join the RA Challenge
During the two days we have access to a nearby property where handlers will be able to 'tune-up' their dogs over a series of challenging runs designed to test dogs’ abilities in a relaxed non-competitive atmosphere. Runs will be set and supervised by Mr Wayne Outtrim (NSW). Note, this is not a trial but will reflect trial conditions. Click here to see the property and campsite.
Everyone is welcome to attend this camp but only All Age and Restricted trained dogs will be able to participate in arranged activities. Further information will be provided by email to anyone potentially interested in taking part. Complete this form to join the mailing list.
