GOLDEN RETRIEVER CLUB OF SA INC.
Affiliated with the South Australian Canine Association Inc., will conduct a

RETRIEVING TRIAL FOR GUNDOGS

VENUE: Kevin Harvey’s property, Hassam Road, WOODCHESTER
About an hour’s drive from Adelaide. Signs at crossroads and on gate, property at end of Hassam Road

Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June 2022

Vetting 7.30 - 7.45 am all Stakes both days. Trial Start Time: after completion of vetting

(The Club reserves the right to engage a Reserve Judge if necessary)
**As one Judge is judging two stakes on the same day at this Trial, competitors may enter the same dog in both stakes, if eligible.
Annual Membership: Joining Fee $5.50, Single $20.00, Double $ 28.00, Pensioner $15.00 Family (2 adults + 2 children under 17) $28.00, Junior $15.00. Financial Year 1/10 to 30/9. New Membership and those not renewed by 31/12 will incur a joining fee.

All competing dogs will be required to be present at time of vetting each day.
The running order may be subject to change after the first run.

CAMPING PERMITTED ON PROPERTY from 11 am Friday.

TROPHIES & SASHES: Trophies: Cash, Sash and Place Card to 1st place; Place Card and Sash 2nd, 3rd places; in all Stakes. Other prizes where donated.

Saturday: Novice – Bournbeau Trophy. Restricted - Titou Aradin Trophy. Perpetual Trophies not to leave the State.
Sunday: Peter Lamph Memorial Sash for highest scoring Golden Retriever.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: All trials will be conducted in accordance with the A.N.K.C. Rules for the conduct of Retrieving Trials for Gundogs. A copy of the rules will be available at the fixture.
Firearms Licence/Shooters Licence details are required on ALL ENTRY FORMS and EASYDOGS.
Condition of entry: when not running a dog, competitors will be required to act as Gun/Game Stewards.

Any protests shall be immediately lodged (in writing) with the Trial Manager or Trial Secretary, accompanied by a $50 deposit which will be refunded unless Members of the Retrieving & Field Trial Committee deem the protest frivolous in which case the deposit shall be forfeited.
It will be at the committee’s discretion as to whether a judge may run a dog in another stake on the same day that they judge.

If, at close of entries there are insufficient entries to hold a Stake, competitors will be notified. At that time they may
request a refund of entry fee, or if eligible, transfer to another Stake at the appropriate fee.

Hot weather policy applies. The Trial site is Private Property and must not be revisited following the Trial.
Dogs SA Rules PART VIII EXHIBITIONS C 15. (b) There is to be no training on designated trial grounds within 28 days before trial.
SA Health, GRC and RAFT Covid Plans will be adhered to.

Other than in the Exercise Areas designated by the Trial Manager, or his/her delegates, no dogs will be permitted to
swim or train in or on the trial grounds. All dogs must be kept on a lead, either held in the hand or tethered, except
when competing or being exercised in the designated area. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to find out where the
exercise area is at any time on the trial grounds.
