WGC POLICY

Owners entering dogs into WGC events must observe the following conditions:

Entry forms must contain complete and correct information.

All entry forms must be accompanied by the correct remittance. Credit will not be given.

There will be no refunds of money to absentees. Bitches that come into season after the closing date of entries and prior to the trial may have their entry fees carried over to a subsequent trial provided the owner notifies the trial secretary of their intentions prior to the date of the trial.

Late entries may only be accepted at the discretion of the trial secretary and will be subject to the availability of game and the ability to meet the lead-times needed for the preparation on catalogues and other organisational details. The trial secretary’s decision on acceptance of late entries is final.

Members seeking reimbursment of club related bills and expences

Bills for payment by the WGC must be accompanied by an invoice stating to whom the payment is to be made and an itemised list of what the payment is for. If claiming reimbursement for expenses, the receipts for these expenses must also accompany the invoice.
