The German Shorthaired Pointer Club of SA Inc
Affiliated with the South Australian Canine Association Inc is conducting a
RETRIEVING TRIAL FOR GUNDOGS
at a Blanchetown

Monday 9th June 2008

(The Club reserves the right to engage a Reserve Judge if necessary)

Entry Fees: Members Non-members
All Age $15 $20
Restricted $14 $18
Novice $12 $15

Annual Membership: Single $15, Double $20.00, Seniors $10
Financial Year: 1st March – 28th February.

Entries Close: Monday 26th May 2008 **NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED**

Please include an Email address or a stamped self-addressed envelope for confirmation of your entry.

Trophies & Sashes awarded: 1st, 2nd, 3rd placing in each stake.

Camping is not permitted on the Property. Nearest camping is available at Blanchetown.

General conditions:
1. The only person permitted to handle exhibits at any exhibition conducted by an affiliate of SACA are:
1) Members of the Association,
2) Members of the Controlling Bodies in the State or Territory in which the person is domiciled.
2. All dogs must be pure bred gundogs and be registered with SACA or Registered Body.
3. All Trials will be conducted in accordance with the ANKC Retrieving and Field Trials Rules and Regulations. A copy of these will be available at the fixture.
Club conditions:
1. No competitor or spectator to return to the trial grounds after the trials.
2. Competitors will be required to act as Gun or Games Stewards in the events which they are entered.
3. Gun Licence/Shooters Licence details are required on all entry forms.
4. The Committee reserves the right to remove any competitor or spectator by lay or any other means from the Trial areas or campsite who is clearly disruptive to the Members and/or participants.
All protests shall be immediately lodged, in writing, with the Trial Manager or Trial Secretary, accompanied by a $20 deposit which will be refunded unless the members of the Retrieving and Field Trials committee deem the protest to be frivolous, in which case the deposit will be retained

PLEASE NOTE THAT BLANCHETOWN IS IN A FRUIT FLY EXCLUSION ZONE, AND AS SUCH, FRESH FRUIT MUST NOT BE BOUGHT INTO THE AREA. FINES OF UP TO $20000 MAY APPLY.

Due to unforseen circumstances, Jim Duncan will be unable to judge the Restricted Stake at the GSP Club SA trial.
GRAEME ALLEN will now be judging this stake.
Dedicated to the breeding and promotion of versatile German Shorthaired Pointers.
