The W.A. State Championships were held over the weekend, with Joe Law (NSW) as our judge. A beautiful weekend, weatherwise, and wonderful scenic surroundings. Photos will be posted soon.

Congratulations to Maggie and Guinness on this win, especially as this completes their Grand Champion Title. Our first Grand Champion in W.A. and I think the first lady handler to achieve this title.
2nd Place: RT Ch Featherhunt Joshua (Lab.Dog) Judy Pannett 279 points
A very nice display of work over the two days by this handler and her very keen dog, Josh.
3rd Place: RT Ch Glenregal Royal Lord CDX (Gold.Dog) Jean Henderson 257 points
Very consistent worker, and very nice way to finish his retrieving career.
4th Place: RT Ch Featherhunt Kit (Lab.Bitch) Eddie Frandsen 253 points.
Some lovely steady work from this bitch over the weekend, and a very proud owner.

6th Ellishea Katos Czarda NRD (Gold.bitch) Heather Ellis 242 points (A delight to watch, very keen & fast)
Best Non Retrieving Champion: Ellishea Katos Czarda (Heather Ellis) An elated Heather at the end of the trial and not surprising considering this Golden isn't 2 yrs old yet. One to look out for in the future.
