WA Labrador Novice/Restricted results 19/05/13

The LCWA held their first novice/restricted trials for the season starting with the Mossbank Novice Stake. The event was held at Brookleigh Equestrian Centre on an unusually hot May day...... something we are getting used to. The judge for the day was Lynne Strang assisted by Allan Bartram as her chief steward. Big thank you to Heather Ellis who turned up early to do the throws for novice and Mike McClure who did the same for restricted even though he wasn't competing. Thankyou to Ray Johnson, Ray Penman and everyone else who helped out.
Novice:
1st: Ellishea Just Ned QND, Golden Ret dog, handler Catherine Thorburn ...... 163 points.
2nd: Applewoode Supa Trooper QND, Golden Ret dog, handler Caroline Sheddan..... 160 points.
3rd: T.CH. Mhadaidh Christmas Holly, Golden Ret bitch, handler Anne Cameron ..... 153 points.

Restricted:
1st: Moralana Littles Toby NRD CD,Lab dog, handler Terry Little ..... 172 points.
2nd: Ellishea Just Cussy, Golden Ret dog, handler Heather Ellis.....155 points.
3rd: Terranaut Knockout Punch, Lab dog, handler Judy Pannett.....154 points.

It was a great day of trialling even if it was hot.
