RETRIEVING AND FIELD TRIALS CLUB OF SA INC.
Affiliated with the South Australian Canine Association Inc., will conduct a

RETRIEVING TRIAL FOR GUNDOGS
Lead up Trials week prior to SA State Championship
VENUE: Barmera/Moorook Field & Game, Schramm Drive Loveday 5345
(The Club reserves the right to alter the venue if necessary - final site selection will depend on environmental factors)

Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th August 2023

Vetting 7.30 - 7.45 am all Stakes both days. Trial Start Time: after completion of vetting.

Condition of entry: when not running a dog, competitors will be required to act as Gun/Game Stewards.
(The Club reserves the right to engage a Reserve Judge if necessary)

Annual Membership: Single $20.00; Family $25.00, Senior $15.00. Financial Year: 1st October – 30th September.

All competing dogs will be required to be present at time of vetting each day.
The running order may be subject to change after the first run.

CATERING: No. (occasionally Field & Game will cater a lunch or breakfast but won't be known until close to the trial. Those who enter will be informed if it can be arranged)

TROPHIES & SASHES: Sashes and place cards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each Stake. Trophy 1st place each Stake. Other prizes where donated.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: All trials will be conducted in accordance with the A.N.K.C. Rules for the conduct of Retrieving Trials for Gundogs. A copy of the rules will be available at the fixture.
Firearms Licence/Shooters Licence details are required on ALL ENTRY FORMS and SHOW MANAGER.

If, at close of entries there are insufficient entries to hold a Stake, competitors will be notified. At that time they may
request a refund of entry fee, or if eligible, transfer to another Stake at the appropriate fee.

The Trial site is Private Property and must not be revisited following the Trial.
Dogs SA Rules PART VIII EXHIBITIONS C 15. (b) There is to be no training on designated trial grounds within 28 days before trial. RAFT Covid Plan applicable.

Other than in the Exercise Areas designated by the Trial Manager, or his/her delegates, no dogs will be permitted to swim or train in or on the trial grounds. All dogs must be kept on a lead, either held in the hand or tethered, except when competing or being exercised in the designated area. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to find out where the exercise area is at any time on the trial grounds.
