Wide Bay Working Gundog Club(B, Berg)results April trial

Postby Wendy Michalk » Sun 21 Apr 2024 3:27 pm

The weather played a huge part in Wide Bays first trial of the year. Due to good rains all summer the cover was thick sometimes head high making it difficult for judges to set testing runs HOWEVER the expertise of Elio Colasimone & Paul Towning showed in the high class runs they both set.
Then the weather turned bad Saturday & Saturday evening forcing the decision by the club executive ,the property nominee & property owner to cancel Sundays trialling.
Many thanks to the judges for working in such uncomfortable conditions, thanks to Paul Towning volunteering to judge both Novice & Restricted a job well done.
Thank you to Anthony Turner for nominating this great property which has an added advantage of a excellent camping grounds near by "Goochie Creek Escape" also owned & operated by property Owners.
